AMMESS (Ave Maria Medical & Educational Service society) is a non-profitable, non¬governmental & non –political organization established in 2007 by a dedicated team of social workers with the motto of bringing back the human dignity among the poorest of the poor & moulding self-confidence in them by making aware of their fundamental rights and duties towards building a nation with potential citizens &motivating the downtrodden for bringing in socio-economic changes among the oppressed class.

The injustice, social discrimination and the tough life of tribes and other backward communities inspired us to start this organization knowing the struggles faced by them. The members of this organization are focused on serving the oppressed community irrespective of sex, religion, nationality caste and creed to create a just society by empowering the people to be self-reliant through different activities so that they showcase their creativity in every field as the most valuable resource of every nation is its manpower. The organization encourages the youth to develop& imbibe leadership qualities in them to remove inequality and injustice from every nook and corner of the society thus playing a lead role in the creation of a classless, oppressed-free society based on non-violence and universal brotherhood.
We are proud to be an Indian and even more proud to have a pledge which brings in the theme of Universal Brotherhood through its lines- ‘All Indians are my brothers and sisters’. We are blessed to have a constitution that allows us to exercise the freedom of speech & expression, right to livelihood making our country the largest democracy.
Thus the members are dedicated to working for socio-economic development of the most neglected and deprived group of the society. Later on, the organization was registered under the Society Registration Act XXI, 1860 on 25th march 2008 with the bearing No. 128/2008Vizianagaram Dt. Andhra Pradesh India.
Mr. Shinto Sebastian,(President) is the founder and chief functionary of the organization. His overall responsibilities are to look after the Administration, Management of Human Resource & finance, controlling, Advocacy & Network, Fundraising, Planning, Implementing, Monitoring & Evaluation of the projects with the support of other members and staffs.
To Bring back the human dignity among the poorest of the poor & moulding self-confidence in them by making aware of their fundamental rights and duties towards building a nation with potential citizens &motivating the downtrodden for bringing in socio-economic changes among the oppressed class.
To work towards creating a better India which provides basic health, education and empowerment to every citizen. To encourage the youth to develop & imbibe leadership qualities in them to remove inequality and injustice from every nook and corner of society.
